Transparency and Accountability
Transparency and accountability are required
You shouldn't have to become an energy or data center expert to understand what a project means for your community. And you shouldn't have to dig to know who is involved in a project. We support open, fully transparent development process with no secret deals or payoffs.
We do not allow NDAs on our projects.
Commitments in writing
Formal development agreements including community benefits agreements with measurable, enforceable outcomes, and grievance mechanisms with clear response timelines.
The commitments that matter are the ones written into the public record: the development agreement, the utility agreement and the community benefits agreement. Where the law allows, commitments are attached to the approval itself, so they stay with the property if it changes hands.
What each location page will report
When a Lighthouse project is announced, it gets its own location page on this site. It names everyone involved in the project, including roles not yet filled, and it is where progress is reported, so residents can check commitments against results.
Project Timeline
Project timeline with milestones, updated as they move.
Engagement Log
An engagement log with meetings held, questions received and answered, open items with response deadlines.
Commitments
Each commitment for the project and where it stands: proposed, agreed to or binding.
Checks and follow-through
Independent verification
Noise is confirmed by an independent noise study and by boundary testing once the campus is running.
Raising a concern
Questions and concerns can be raised at any time through community meetings or our contact form. Open items are recorded in the engagement log, with response deadlines, until they are resolved.
